Higher SILVER, Premiums May Drop Soon

I noticed a few minutes ago that Tulving lowered both BUY and SELL price for 90% by 10c. Have others seen drops of premium at your local coin dealer? Or, drops of premium on .999 SILVER rounds and bars?

Apmex premiums on junk are down 50 cents an ounce from last week. I think premiums will continue to drop as prices rise.
