I saw something on the coin community forum about paybox but there was a lot of talk about it being a scam....I think I will wait it out and see if it catches on before I join.

Not sure if it is announcement material. Probably not sticky material either until, as my wise friend bman says, the service is established and proven with time.

His friend, Owen Linzmayer at

I guess, thinks that this deserves here.
I DO NOT
I am not fan of PayPal either, BUT this is out of line. Lots of younger non-adults on this board. I do not want them tricked into anything.

My Bad SC, I thought you wanted this to be marked as an Announcement. I had no idea it was already an announcement! (Which is preposterous by the way) Therefore......You and I are on the same page on this one.......get it off the announcement list mods.

The announcement thread is not intended to be used to push a product or service.......period.

If it is……I am offering Buy on Get one Free tooth extractions to all forum members in the month of January that pay in silver and I need that posted in the announcement thread ASAP. 8-)

I do not know how or why this was posted as an announcement. The OP has not been granted that power, and I cannot find anything in the logs that shows another mod or admin making it an announcement.

What I can see is that this is dangerously close to spam. PayBox is not a proven service, and from the brief reading I have done, sure sounds suspicious to me. As always, DYODD.
