The country as a whole is going down the dark road of a socialist/communist/authoritarian style of government. Private ownership of property may become outlawed. Citizens of Cuba, Prussia, East Germany, etc that fled their oppressors proved you can't take your land with you, but your PM's are mobile.

Totally agree with the above. And if we get OWG, there will be no where to run, with PM's or otherwise. In the history of the world, there always seemed like a "better" place to go existed, seems like not soon.

Don't worry, if silver does not recover anytime soon you'll end up being glad you had to sell some. I missed out on a pretty good land deal earlier this year and really wish I would have pursued it further.

Before you buy go to the county records room and make sure there are no easements or that the prior owner hasn't sold away the mineral rights. I say that in part because of all the fracking picking up in Ohio.
