Yes, the US Mint only sells the uncirculated version with the P mint mark. These have a different finish than the bullion 5 ounce coins sold by the bullion houses which have no mint mark. The US Mint does not sell the bullion versions directly to the Public.

I see that now... I guess I need to make a list of those exceptions. I never picked up on that before.
