Dear Santa

This forum is for discussing hunting and collecting US and Canadian circulation Silver Bullion Coins, other types of minted bullion, and other types of precious and base metal investments other than Bullion Pennies and Nickels.

Dear Santa

Last year I sent a letter to the North Pole and it turned out nearly all of the items I coveted worked out more as New Year's Resolutions... and I managed to acquire most of them during 2013.

Write it down, make it happen.

That said... here's my current wish list:

and 100 of these:

What are you guys hoping for in your stockings?

I would really like one or two more paper rolls of Libertads.
Gold in any form is fine with me. I would really like to add a few 1/4oz size or 10gram pieces next year

Toned Morgans = greatest weakness, I am sure some of those will find their way into my collection..

In my stocking I hope to find some more of my favorite 1 oz silver rounds--the incuse indian design produced by The Golden State Mint. Of course a PCGS ms-65 St Gaudens would be nice but that will never happen :shh:

those ARE nice looking rounds. As far as I know, they're the only mass produced round with a satin finish.

Well, I already have an 1804 silver dollar and a 1913 Liberty nickel, so I can cross those off my list for 2014. Let's see...what would I like?

Ah, yes. My wish would be to have silver assume it's true value in the PM marketplace and bypass all this damaging and illegal manipulation. That IS a wish I know will come true. I just don't know when...

Well, I received a decent amount of fiat currency from Santa for Christmas. I'm thinking that a run to my LCS is in my future.....
