Thanks again for the huge job you have been committed to as keeper of the stats.

Without your work I wouldn't have but the slightest idea of how my searching compares.

You always surprise me.

It gives us all a wood stove to gather around and share our passions.

Glad to see you have been finding some silver.

I have been busy collecting since I took a break from halves and the break was well worth it mentally.

Now I am back in with one foot anyway and it's fun again.

Cheers!

Gotta admit that I have no idea where he gets the time to track all of it or the energy. He has my thanks.

On a side note. Now, I have never seen Country, but get the image of a little old guy (at least in his 90's), bald and with thick glasses hunched over a desk with his computer and abacus with his hands moving at an amazing speed adding up all our post.
If you are waiting for the "correction" to buy you need to realize that the increasing prices ARE the correction.

I'm not 90, but I am retired with some time on my hands. It's kind of a balance with me, I love to sort coins, but my mathematical nature loves to collect data. Gotta have time to sort too; and give the COPPER AND SILVER in the wild a new home with me.

I've optimized most of the stats with Excel spreadsheets with multiple array formulas to sum data from multiple worksheets. With a simple data entry worksheet to enter each person's data, the output is automatically created. If I had to update everything by hand, I would have lost track of things long ago. :)

Excel is a nice product.

I use it to keep track of types, totals, weights and prices.

I can see how you could have refined your process.

Great job none the less!

I echo the thanks also to Country. I know he has automated a lot of it but its still a heck of a lot of work to consistantly keep it updated, let alone setting up the spreadsheets. I always look forward to seeing the stats, a great way to measure your performance to others accross the states. Thanks Country!

For some reason when I envision country I think of a guy about 6' 6" with hands bigger than bear grizzly paws.
