ebay Morgans with no bids history

I am about to show my ignorance here or possibly I didn't spend enough time delving into the specifics but...
I did a search of closed bids on the big auction site for MORGAN SILVER DOLLARS and found several pages worth of closed auctions with no bids that were started at $.99, with no indication of a reserve. Dealers had 100% feedback. Are there auctions that have a reserve but it is not indicated in the ad? Just wondering.

The seller closed the listings early. Without any bids it looks like good deals were missed.
This space for rent. :)

I have seen a lot of auctions on ebay where they had listed something similar to that 0.99 Morgans but the shipping was $35.99
They do that to avoid the seller fees. If it closed with no bids check the shipping price
.
