I would value these coins as follows:
1/10 AGE (w/ 15% premium) $144
5 Art Rounds (w/ 10% premium) 112.50
$5.00 90% (w/ 5% premium*) $76.50
Total $333.00
Not a bad deal assuming that all coins are in reasonable shape.
*I'm assuming the 90% is Roosevelt dimes and/or Washington quarters. Halves and older quarters and dimes carry a higher premium.

I bought one of these package from them about 6 months ago. The 1/10th and the 5 rounds were all BU, the 5 rounds were don't tread on me/Boston tea party rounds. The 90% were all dimes and about 30% were newer proof dimes. Hope this helps.

APMEX is selling 1/10 ounce AGEs (random year) for $143.65, $5 Roosevelt Dimes "average circulated" for $94.97. The lowest price I could find for silver 1 ounce rounds APMEX with a quick search was $22.27. All prices are paid buy check or bank wire. Credit card will cost extra. Total price is $349.97 Total for AGE and 5 1 ounce rounds $255
Merit is selling 1/10 AGEs for $138.26 and $21.04 for Sunshine Mint 1 ounce rounds. Merit website says to call for price on bag of quarters. Also Merit requires a $1500 order but it is an idea of low prices out there. Total for AGE and 5 1 ounce rounds $243.46
