Not a good start. Can't find gravers on UK eBay either - got any links to the sort of tool we should be looking for?

There is a company GRS which makes all kinds of professional engraving tools. They are expensive but top quality. I got a good deal on a used one. I took some profits, selling a little silver, alas at too cheap a price, but used the money to buy some professional tools. I also have a dremel, and that is good enough to do sweet artwork by itself, but the gravers let you do smoother cuts and finer effects.
I skulled out the queen a few times last year, I am a little better now so I should give her a whirl again!
