Fortunately they were honest and brought it to the bank's attention right away.

I said to my friend that at their age I'd probably be tempted to change the user
menus/greetings to something offensive as a prank. ^_-

The lobby counters at my dump banks are super easy to hack.
I wouldn't dare do it though...
