Teller found a 1890's Barber quarter in customer wrapped

Postby Pennysaved » Thu Jan 27, 2011 10:51 pm

I went to one of my dump banks today and the teller told me that 3 days ago she found a barber quarter in a customer wrapped roll Not sure if she opened it so she could give change to a customer

She was pretty happy about it; she went and got it out of a coin purse in her purse and showed it to me.

I tried to see if she was willing to sell it but she said no that she was going to keep it.

Makes me wonder if I should start sorting quarters now haha
