Has anyone attempted to bring their used pistol / rifle brass to the scrap yards for brass value. More specifically, with the used primers intact. Thanks.

Yes... mostly stuff I pick up at the range and do not have a use for.. most good brass is worth more to some one who is going to reload. I take all my rim fire (.22 L/R) to the scrap yeard. I think I got .45 a pound last time.

Call yards by you and see how they want them. I mix them with my other brass a few at a time...

Good brass is worth more than scrap. I scrap a bunch of brass. The way the yard pays depends on the yard. Call ahead and ask. Just tell them what you have.
