I suppose it is just me but $10.00 silver wouldn't bother me a bit.

Well, one thing that would help is if forum veterans like you would get off your lazy butts and post more.
Too funny

Very diverse, very eclectic. i wasn't in the video, but had the camera angle been wider i would have been at several points. Trust me brother, you would have been shocked to find out how well informed the average person at OSac was. None of your assumptions are correct...especially the soap part
The coyote is a prominent character in Native American folklore, usually depicted as a trickster who alternately assumes the form of an actual coyote or a man. As with other trickster figures, the coyote acts as a picaresque hero which rebels against social convention through deception and humor.[11] The animal was especially respected in Mesoamerican cosmology as a symbol of military might,[12] with some scholars having traced the origin of the Aztec god Quetzalcoatl to a pre-Aztec coyote deity.[13] After the European colonization of the Americas, it was reviled in Anglo-American culture as a cowardly and untrustworthy animal. Unlike the gray wolf, which has undergone a radical improvement of its public image, cultural attitudes towards the coyote remain largely negative
When hunting large prey, the coyote often works in pairs or in small groups
Unlike the wolf, which attacks large prey from the rear, the coyote approaches from the front, lacerating its prey's head and throat.
Being both a gregarious and solitary animal, the variability of the coyote's visual and vocal repertoire is intermediate between that of the solitary foxes and the highly social wolf
The coyote has been described as "the most vocal of North American wild mammals...... At least 11 different vocalizations are known in adult coyotes. These sounds are divided into three categories: 1) Agonistic and alarm, 2) Greeting, and 3) Contact. Vocalizations of the first category include woofs, growls, huffs, barks, bark howls, yelps and high frequency whines. Woofs are used as low intensity threats or alarms, and are usually heard near den sites, prompting the pups to immediately retreat into their burrows. Growls are used as threats in short distances, but have also been heard among pups playing and copulating males. Huffs are high intensity threat vocalizations produced via rapid expiration of air. Barks can be classed as both long distance threat vocalizations and as alarm calls. Bark howls may serve similar functions. Yelps are emitted as a sign of submission, while high frequency whines are produced by dominant animals acknowledging the submission of subordinates. Greeting vocalizations include low frequency whines, wow-oo-wows and group yip howls. Low frequency whines are emitted by submissive animals, and are usually accompanied by tail wagging and muzzle nibbling. The sound known as wow-oo-wow has been described as a "greeting song". The group yip howl is emitted when two or more pack members reunite, and may be the final act of a complex greeting ceremony. Contact calls include lone howls and group howls, as well as the previously mention group yip howls. The lone howl is the most iconic sound of the coyote, and may serve the purpose of announcing the presence of a lone individual separated from its pack. Group howls are used as both substitute group yip howls and as responses to either lone howls, group howls or group yip howls.[8]

Few people seem to remember that the tea party came from libertarian minded ron paul supporters. At the very start there were certainly more right leaning folks involved, but lots from the left also. The first rallies literally had rappers, heavy metal and country singers on the same stage through out the rally. By the second weekend Fox had claimed it for the right, and several left media sources were intensely pushing the still running memes about them. Both were wrong though, at first. quickly however things slided to just where the higher ups had intended. A similar thing with ows stuff, but not nearly as big of a shift. It was horribly sad to watch, I was on a politics forum at the time and even though we had many left and right watching the tea party with enthusiasm, it was only by the second weekend the lefties new they were crazy god and country righties and the right new they were just an angrier version of what they already had, that stayed intense about a few issues for a short bit, even that seems to have faded. Maybe it happened on its own, but it happened so fast and smooth it seemed staged. The tea party of the first few weeks, and its first rally?? was the type of movement that could put the country back in the peoples hands.

Tree, I been wanting to respond to your post thru the week, but cabin fever and family nightmares (not here, always via the phone) prevented me. Up in the northern tier, cabin fever is a natural occurrence come mid to late Feb, you don't fight it, if you find yourself talking to the walls, just go with it, and blither away.
People might ask, what does this thread have to do with the price of silver?....or nickel, copper?
imho? plenty. if one has detached from both the MSM prop, and uses discernment in reading various "doomer porn" sites...the future picture is rather bleak, and when I look at it, it boils down to one thing....."EROI" ---"Energy Returned on Energy Invested"
(I wont bore you with a long treatise on this...heres the wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_ret ... y_invested )
Basically its this concept, at the advent of Petro-world, one barrel of oil (energy) would yield 100 barrels. Now its 1 to 3 in the States for crude, ethanol(corn) is 1:1.3.People could say that ethanol is just "welfare" for farmers, but like the now disappearing "middle class", the old school "family farm" is a thing of the past, meaning 80-100 acres of dry cropped corn, 20 milking cows and 40 head of hog, those farms are gone, in the 80's, guys would be lucky to net 10k a year, its the 600-1600 acre farms that make it now, but the avg age of this farmer is 57 years old, and if it wasn't for ethanol, off a 14.5 bln bushel corn crop in 2014, corn would trading at most $2 the bushel if not less...and God help us if American ag collapses. but that's another discussion.
so you had so many paper investments TIED to EROI, that's one of the reasons, the collapse of 08-09 happened. It takes ten calories of energy to produce one calorie of food. Think of the silver mines, whats their breakeven point?.......its not this $16-17 suppressed "Board" price....a lot of these guys are going BK, throwing in the towel...meanwhile, starting under Bush, we had the first "TARP" giving the banks $700 bln $ in Dec 08, then Obama with the QE's, Fed "money" at 0% to the six big too big to fail banks, which NOW could trade the markets, which meant buy stocks, hedge funds included....no worries, if the stock market traded off, there was always the plunge protection team to the rescue, and crush the tiny silver market...."tiny" in context...but they crush it, because it would mess up the charade of the petrodollar, the reserve "currency" of the world, which is maintained at the point of a bayonet or the hum of a drone, or these skunks screaming about Syria's Assad....."terrible dictator, who should be removed from power, so we can spread democracy to Syria", when the reality is, the Saudis and Qataris WANT the real estate cleared for a NatGas pipeline headed north, to tap into the European feed/market.
but oh-oh...one problem, Russia's already there with their pipelines and enormous NatGas reserves...remember the summer of 13, when the wardrums were beating over Syria, lil Barry and Lurch Kerry were going to "bring democracy to Syria"?....Russia parked five warships in front of the Syrian port (and Russian naval base) of Tartus, and said "bring it"...remember? That's when we started hearing whispers of "oh sh#t, WW3".....so Barry, Lurch and gang backed down, but not for long, because they had plan b, all in place....in Maidan Square, Kiev....centrist Ukrainian's started a non violent protest Nov 13, but Barry and his state dept sent in their hirelings, (who had been given $5 bln over the pst ten years) "Svoboda" and "Right Sector", and on 20 Feb 2014, these two neo-Nazi groups, burned that square down, sniped and killed police, and chased the idiot, BUT democratically elected PM back to Russia.....and now, we're off to the races, coz Putin, who quoted Sun-Tzu, is a geopolitical CHESS player, and Barry, and Lurch are geopolitical checkers players.....and from 20 Feb 2014, Putin has been running the table, but just YESTERDAY, I read this
"China Just Sided With Russia Over The Ukraine Conflict"
read it for yourself, come to your own conclusions.
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-02-2 ... e-conflict
then, same day, same website, I read this:
"10 Reasons Washington Has War Fever"
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-02-2 ... -war-fever
you might say these writers are "unpatriotic", but as I read these articles, I didn't read untruths, quite the opposite, so is it unpatriotic to tell truth...or is it patriotic?
You see I believe and I've said this before, the very act of stacking is a quiet rebellion, because its saying, "NO....I don't have full faith and trust anymore in this piece of paper".
and as the cherry on the top of the cake, i'm going to post what may seem a too large video, its from the "Caravan to Midnight" show...two men, painstakingly dissected all the CCTV footage from the Boston "bombing", going over what each individual DID, and if you take time to watch the 2 hours plus, the farce of it all is SO apparent, that's how ineptly the whole sham was "directed".....and off of that, the second video I post, which is footage from the lockdown of Watertown Mass, so "authorities" can search for one skinny Chechen with a 9mm, when really its apparent that this outrage is just a beta test to see how our fellow citizens will react to martial law. (Mods, if you think all this is too risky to have up, take it down, I bear no ill, as these are dark times for the Republic)
Boston Exposed...well worth the time to watch, these men carefully dissected the truth.
and after the "bombing"...the lockdown, and innocent citizens, at gunpoint, men who we were brought up to trust, screaming at them, like they are the criminals...is this OUR future?....how many good men gave their lives to protect and defend FREEDOM?!....and now this?! God save the Republic.
