REALLY consistent 27%

So I keep a spreadsheet recording percentages from my boxes, including the banks where I got them. The last three boxes, from three different banks, yielded copper in the amounts of $6.74, $6.75, and $6.73. Weird, no? Does this mean I should buy a lottery ticket (aka the tax on people who are poor at math)?

Wow. You can't get much more consistent then that. My percentages jump around a bit but have an overall average of 25%.

It is freaky how that works. I hit 6.83 three times last 30 days.

Percentages near me are never that consistent. My local bank has given me bags as low as 30% and as high as 41% in a matter of a month. I would bet percentages are more consistent in urban areas.

Tonight's box was $6.71. Yup, a different bank than the other three.

I wish my bank could order your a supplier up north. My last 7 boxes have been under 20% with the low 3 counts being - 287, 349 and 354. It is tough to keep going with these low percentages and at some point, I am sure my hands will be thrown upwards and I shall surrender. But not yet.
