Not to jinx myself, but it's begininng to feel like "the old days". I've found a new source bank that has String boxes of halves. All i've been able to get is Brinks boxes, and those have completely dried up.
Yesterday's box:

I have another box waiting for me to pick up monday. Hopefully the good luck continues.

2 $500 boxes Brinks halfs (although 1 box had Loomis wrappers?); both yielded 0.

2 other banks failed to deliver promised bags of halfs, and I was just about as happy about that.

Picked up 200 dollars in customer rolled dimes at a Wells Fargo in Mesa Az and got two silver Roosevelts, a 63 and a 64.

Went back later and cleaned them out of another 360 bucks worth and got another two Rosies, a 64 and a 53.

One teller had $7 in halves - I usually purchase even if I see that they're clad but this time I did not purchase because the teller smiled at me and said, "I already took out all the old ones", I joked with her and said "What kind of customer service is that?" She was cool though, got a kick out of it.
