Thanks for asking. Golf balls are worth approximately 10 cents each. There is a ball recycle business just down the road from me. When I gather around 500 of them I take them in for cash.

They are on the roads next to the course. I've been discovering numerous hidey holes where the balls tend to collect.

And I also pick up items of opportunity like cans and nuts and bolts. I've also gathered numerous tools laying in the road.

The drive-thru coins I get in the early hours before businesses open.

Been busy at work, and the bicycle broke down. Spent $42 on a new main crank bearing. This is where my coins go, the circle of life.

And I found a wallet, complete with $12 cash and ID. I called the police and handed it all over to them. That guy hopefully will be relieved that he does not
have to go through the hassle of cancelling all those cards and license.

curiosity got the best of me and I bought it. Looks self published. I had hoped to garner some pointers but I seem to have
covered the same ground in my own hunts.

There is no contact information for the author, as I would have liked to offer some extra clues, such as couch cushions in thrift stores....

Found a smashed Apple smart phone on a Friday night ride and took it home.
Saturday morning a fellow rang the doorbell, he said his phone was at this address. The thing was still operating
in spite of its condition. He was disappointed when he saw how flattened it was.

And the golf course is having an event called Road to the LPGA. They must have culled all the lousy golfers
because my golf ball count is in the rough.
