I probably should have specified 1970 D because there is also a 1970 S (proof). Pretty sure mine is a D mint. Also, NGC says 6-11 dollars depending on condition (grade). It backs up your point about it being worth more than the silver melt. I trust NGC more than these other sources that are out there.
