Trying to figure out how it could be MS-70 yet discolored in the upper right!

I'm far from expert but there's a lot to question on this coin. MS70 gold but what looks like black toning upper right? Comparing it to better pictures online, "LIBERTY" looks a little mis-sized but perhaps thats just the pic? The detail in the hair looks off, flat too. I don't know but I would stay waaay away from this one.

In my opinion, it is a fake. And a bad one at that.
