SKUNK! 20 customer wrapped rolls, all the same wrapper and all from the same teller this morning. Searched one roll fully and sampled five other rolls. Absolutely NO COPPER. 100 percent zinc.

Notables: 1960D repunched D (sadly, not a small over large date), 1972 date shifted/minor doubling. A good number of very pretty toned cents. A lot of the coins were much nicer than the usual raw boxes.

Out of curiosity can you say what you paid for copper from Craigslist?

He had $171.50 in mixed coin (no silver) of which the 21.50 was a part, 116.00 was 5 cent, and some Unc. State quarters. I gave $180 because I didn't have small bills to make 171.50. He was just glad to be rid of them all.

No report just an observation. Cwr is sometimes frustrating, others, dare I say, exciting.
2 rolls in the last batch, newest coin 1983..and ,smelled, like grammas perfume drawer..ah ,60 years ago, memories.

I just finished sorting twenty most unusual bwr Loomis rolls.
Much higher copper content (both American and Canadian) than normal. Also, a lot of wheats too.

394 TOTAL COPPER for an average of almost 20 per roll. Almost 40 percent copper from bwr!!!

two final notes: very few shield pennies, an average of only 3-4 shields per roll. Also, around 40-50 American 82's which I don't keep or include in the above numbers.
