Last opportunity to buy cheap gold

Postby shinnosuke » Fri Nov 15, 2024 1:57 pm

If you've been on Realcent for very long, you've read multiple posts about how if gold were priced for inflation it would be $10k or $100k or whatever.

Sen. Lummis (WY) has introduced a bill -- Strategic Bitcoin Reserve -- that proposes the US buying 1 million Bitcoin to strengthen America's financial standing, which could also be used to reduce the national debt.

Part of the funds to purchase those 200k BTC/year would come from the sale of US gold. Supply vs. Demand gonna apply here or nah? If a bunch of gold came on the market would the price fall?

If you want to buy some more gold, your opportunity may be coming. The Senate, House and Presidency are all Republican after Jan. 20, 2025, and BTC has a tailwind among them right now.

Cheap(er) gold up for sale, if you have any cash left over after buying your monthly BTC allotment.

Yes, it's truly amazing how a fraudulent Bitcoin-Tether Crypto would be considered as a Strategic Reserve.

Thus, it makes perfect sense though, when an industry promotes Saylor raising debt and issuing $42 billion in shares to buy $BTC as a prudent investment strategy.

When Empires Reach Their Zenith...

Prudent Investing Psychology goes to Hell in a Handbasket.

Thus, the notion of turning GOLD into Crypto-Bitcoin LEAD becomes more acceptable.

However, when the Bitcoin-Tether-Crypto Ponzi POPS..

I look forward to the Gold & Silver Party.

Of course, Peter Schiff probably had a massive coronary when he heard the news.

She is just 1 out of 100 Senators. She will not make this decision.

She is like Bernie Sanders.

I will continue to buy gold when I can, as I'm sure my descendants will badly need it.

I will have to have some clause in my will that they can't have mine until they are like 30, though, otherwise it will be used for xbox games or something :(

Does the US have any gold to sell? When was the last audit? Or are we talking about paper gold here.

Those are fair questions. As Ron Paul has long stated, Audit the Fed. End the Fed.

The last opportunity to buy cheap gold will be when there is no more physical available. That probably (hopefully) won't occur in my lifetime or my kids' lifetimes.

No worries, mate. There are asteroids out there waiting to be exploited.

It would be really sad to learn that the only gold left in the U.S. is that held by private citizens.

Gold is down 1.9% right now. Hope this trend doesn't continue unless some folks need to buy more. Could it be that many in the Far East are taking the establishment of the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve seriously? If so you would expect some of them to sell gold and buy BTC. There is a massive sell wall in front of the psychologically significant BTC price of $100k, but Saylor and the Wall Street ETFs are continuing to accumulate. Watch the news tomorrow.

Peter Schiff...

The bill to establish a "strategic" #Bitcoin reserve gets lots of attention among the #HODL crowd on X, but not so much on Capitol Hill. The bill has no co-sponsors. Other than @CynthiaMLummis herself, the only other member of Congress who has expressed support is @RoKhanna.
