could you get a shipping charge for the walkers? Looks like you had to go thru checkout and give them your card number before finding out.

i havn't rec'd anything yet other than the automated confirmation email. i ran the walker half set through my shopping cart but my information is not saved so i didnt see the final order, i would guess it to be around $16 per, thats what the eagle displays were.

I just ordered 10 of the walker sets.

There is shipping of $34 on 10 sets.

That still works out to 22.13 time face for walkers!

Wow. And I used my Amex so if it's a scam I'm 100% protected.

Walker deal is still up. Was thinking about it....

Ok, I've clicked every item. Here are the ones under spot (in order to benefit):

U.S. Silver Dollars Boxed Set - Land of the Free Brilliant Uncirculated Boxed Set (BU 1921 Morgan, 1923 Peace, and ASE)

Single coins - Washington Quarter later years

Single coins - Kennedy 1964

And the original walker deal.

Every else that is silver has "call for price". Their web guy apparently was too busy to complete the job of taking all silver off.

I just ordered the following:

Walking Liberty Silver Half Dollars Collection 1 $240.00 $240.00 (melt is 287.10 as of this posting)

U.S. Silver Dollars Boxed Set
Land of the Free Brilliant Uncirculated Boxed Set 1 $79.50 $79.50 (melt is 91.81 as of this posting)

SUBTOTAL: $319.50
Shipping & Handling: $17.50

Even with shipping, it still came out to a good deal. Going by melt value, it's like getting a free ASE. SWEEEEEET!

Just did a little checking on the Kennedy Mint in Ohio. They are not part of the BBB and have one complaint on file. The BBB gives them a rating of "D" for what that is worth.

The D rating doesn't mean much one way or other. Basically there is no BBB info on them; they had one delivery complaint in the past 3 years. They've been in business for 30 years, which is in their favor. Details follow.
