i wanted to buy some of the Yoder's canned bacon,
but it is SO expensive. i just couldn't spend that much on it.

This site does a much better job with the finished product.
but the directions about pressure canning are lacking.
after getting it into the canning jar, per these instructions,
Just pressure can as you would any other meat.
