Anyone ever seen these?

I just bought a tube of 20 of these from APMEX. They were similarly priced to the Grizzlies and Wolves. I noticed that older versions were going for almost 70 bucks!

"Somalia"???? Egads. I did not realize they had enough organization there to do anything of this sort.
(btw, Agent, I've seen that attributed to Churchill. However, the author did not realize how the oligarchs of a socialist country would become some of the wealthiest people on the planet.)

BTW, the Somalis aren't organized enough for this. It was minted in Germany by the Bavarian State Mint. My question is why a German gov't mint is minting (what I assume to be) legal tender coins for Somalia???
