Nice to see you getting some silver Country!! I fear I may start getting some BU's pretty soon. I was told by two of my source banks yesterday that my order will be delayed by a day or two. I have a feeling that the carrier is out of halves and may be trying to source them from somewhere else. I'll find out here soon..

90% of the halves in this box were marked with magic markers some of the markings were black lines going down his neck, black rectangle to the right of his neck, blue ears, red lines, green lines, red x's, bottom 3rd all blue. some with 8-10 and 9-10 on the back. About 15 had a x scratched into them. A bunch of ugly JFK's.

Maybe better luck next week.

I cashed in some of my 40% halves to be put towards some home repairs. I took in $300 face and got 10.2X face. When I went to the bank to cash the check the teller asked how would like it back. I said half dollars. . She said let me check. After waiting a few minutes she came back and said they have a $1000 bag in the vault, $348.50 in the coin counter bag and 1 1/2 boxes of rolled halves. Here's what I found.

The 1 1/2 boxes----skunked

The coin counter bag---4 Franklins, 7-90% JFK's and 16 40% JFK's

The vault bag---1 Walker,3 Franklins, 12-90% JFK's and 29 40% JFK's

I cashed in silver and got a bunch right back at face value!
