My guess as to what the Boyz are doing with their manipulative shorting now is to keep the markets relatively quiet, attempting to keep the public from realizing that there is a "stealth" market in silver. If parabolic rises are kept to a minimum, then no one picks up on the fact that silver is gathering momentum. Heck... what do I care? We can climb Mt. Everest with baby steps instead of huge strides... it's all the same. Once physical disappears, it is game over for the banksters. Baby steps gives us the opportunity to buy just a little bit more :D

I have so much to do today in the silver acquisition deptartment ( I have been buying & scrapping about 20 ozt a day, for at least a week or so). I have been keeping about an ounce a day, doesn't sound like much but I have been scrapping straight for over a year with no other income. I turn a profit, & get to keep some free silver for my effort. Additionally my scrapper pays me in canadian nickels and cents, along with cash, in whatever proportions I want, so it saves me time I would spend on sorting I can go out and search for silver and gold-filled. which is what I should be doing right this minute, but instead I am glued to kitco at least until $40.

I am also really excited to see base metals start to increase today, a big jump as a matter of fact. I was starting to worry, (not!). but really was not liking the past weeks of losses in the thousandths of a dollar, it was mundane, a loss of $0.0001 in copper one day, and flat the next day, it was getting stale, at least now things seem to be tracking back up for them base metals. http://www.kitcometals.com/

Sold my calls today for a nice profit. Decided to just lock them in and not try to short this trend, although I do see a 5% correction coming soon.
I'm seeing so many short opportunities in stocks these days, the markets look overbought. Got into a position of TZA(3x small cap bear etf) for 33.42 today, also bought May11 VXX calls strike price @ 26.
Good luck silver bulls!

It's very normal for SILVER to back off a little from the $40 level. I've always thought that there would be some resistence as folks like to sell at the even $10 levels. Once the sellers are done, perhaps soon, SILVER will roar to higher levels. Months ago, I predicted that SILVER would be $51+ sometime in May. This move sure has been momumental, but by years' end SILVER could be geometrically higher from here shocking us all. Those of us who have bought at much lower price levels are now seeing a nice wealth multiplier on our wealth; a nice treat after the long-time manipulation by the banksters. :)

Each price hike brings out a new round of people willing to sell. As soon as they clear their inventory, it'll start back up again. As some point we will hit a region where no one will want to sell. That's when the price will go expontentially crazy, for a while. How long it does that, and how high it goes, will depend on the "why" of why people don't want to sell, and what their alternatives are at the time.

Right upon that $39.50-$40 mark for silver. Not holding any positions but it will be interesting to see what happens...it'd be cool to see a big move in asia tonight, either towards $40 or towards $39.

Well after reading your other posts, if you are not shorting it Dean I would go with 40 dollar silver! Then again me and my silver are a bit biased!

This evening, SILVER is going up and is at $39.77. IMHO, we will see $40 SILVER by tomorrow morning. :D

Perhaps, we should start considering when SILVER will break above $50 making an ALL TIME HIGH!!!

I seem to remember that silver made to about $31 in January before selling off to $26. I'd be surprised if silver didn't make to over $40 tomorrow. . . or in 20 minutes.
