So today I ask her jokingly if she had looked through the halves that customers had brought in(she is a teller) and she was like ok what do I look for? I say 1970 and before. I get a text an hour later saying she had found 2-69s, 4-67s, 1-64' and 2-68's. The best part is she is a corporate teller and travels to multiple locations each week. The real question is do I sell the halves give her the 70 bucks to add to her shopping budget and keep her motivated?

I suggest you stack until you have four rolls plus then look at how many eagles or .999 you can trade for at local dealer or coin show. if you don't want her to blow it, you have to motivate her.

put them in a jar and put a post it on the jar with the count and the melt value. put it somewhere visible like your kitchen table. update the value for her daily. she'll take pride in her growing wealth and her role in it and will not want to take funds from what she has accomplished.
