Killer Deals you may have gotten..

Here is a run down of some great deals I have snagged this week. Let's here yours as well!

I picked up a 1908 Indian Head Quarter Eagle last night for $15.00!!

I belong to a metal detecting club and we have a monthly meeting. We have a raffle at every meeting and the big prize each month is a gold coin. They typically are Quarter Eagles or 1/10th oz fractionals. I bought $15.00 dollars worth of tickets and the very last ticket I had was the winning one! I was so excited. My first gold and it is an Indian Head. I have been wanting one of these for sooooo long now, and I finally get one for well under spot. :D

Just picked up an amazing 1881-S Morgan BU with PL fields for $36.50 from a LCS. I bought it before Bernanke's speach and within a couple of hours was ahead on the melt value of it.

I also picked up 2 Canadian 80% Silver Half Dollars at an Antique shop today. I paid a total of $13.50 for both.

I also scored 3 silver Roosie's in a box of dimes.

I found a 2 ounce sterling silver baby cup while helping clean out a garage. It is not much, but I sure like finding treasure, and I was getting paid a decent wage for the hunt.

Sweet deals guys keep them coming.

I won't sell that Indian Rhodebaugh. It is just too damn nice. Lol. I will post a pic of the Morgan later tonight or tomorrow. It had a little toning but not much. What really struck me about it was how reflective the fields are. After looking at it under a loupe the Eagles beak has a weird Die Gouge on it causing it to be squared off rather than come to a point. I could not find any VAM's similar to it. I'll try to get a detailed photo of it.

Searched $158 worth of halves for my first time ever a couple weeks ago. Found four 64's and five 40% ones. Doubt I'll ever get that lucky again.
Name me one investment where you gain at least 50% the second you purchase it and never have a chance to lose the initial investment.

I picked up a bicentennial silver clad half in AU condition for $5. I can't believe we've gotten to the point where this a good deal.
