One major problem besides whether you could get to such a bunker in time is that going to the bunker in the first place could bring unwanted attention. I'd much rather establish my own bunker right where I am and not have anyone else know about it.

I don't see what good it would do to have a defense that precludes any active defense or offense against attackers. Just no way to see if it's safe to poke your nose out, and most I've seen plans for can be gassed.
Speaking of, gasoline fumes are heavier than air, are poisonous, and explosive.

If you go to the video it said the company guarantees you will be safe for six months. Then the warranty expires and you can die.
