That's some great luck!
Reminds me of a time my Dad once sold one of his cars, but forgot to take out the $500.00 in cash he had hidden in the secret compartment of the fuel cap. Luckily it was one of his employees he sold it to, so he simply asked to borrow the keys because he thought he forgot something in it.

This reminds me of when I found a ten dollar bill inside a book I bought for a quarter at an estate sale.
When I look at books at garage or estate sales I always do a quick page flip to see if there is anything of value in them. The Hamilton was the only cash I've found, but I also have found old postcards, baseball cards,pictures and lots of old newspaper clippings searching old books.
