Recently Picked up this Dutch coin 1869 2 1/2 G Willem III Koning. It is in VG condition.

Does anyone know the silver content and possibly a little history?

I paid $19.50 ???????

It looks just like the one on this website.

I am very curious.

Thanks in Advance

Since its about the same silver as a US Dollar, I'd say you got a good price at $19.50. Cool coin!
