Market volume down 22% year to year. Market lacks "conviction". Ya think?

Interesting that I post this, and 2-1/2 hours later it already falls off the "new post" list even though there are only half-dozen in front of it, so I'm re-posting. Don't know how the new post list works, but it seems to hit an arbitrary cut-off, rather than actually grabbing the last 20 posts, or past 6 hours, etc.
