Great work Doc. Less your time, I bet you're closer to breakeven than you think. Those little guys are hot commodities, and might sell for a million or more each. I'll have to get my bidding card ready :shock:

Is it really OK for you to be yanking all that amalgam out of your patients and replacing with composite, just so you can you make little ingots out of the silver fillings? ;)

Used amalgam just gets thrown away........nobody wants to deal with it :oops:

nah, run the retort into some water or set up a chiller on the evaporating coils. the mercury goes to the haz waste disposal site in the county, I keep the rest, lol.

I also keep myself on a program of supplemants such as spirulina and clohrella that chelates heavy metals and other toxins. I started doing this back when I was casting aluminum, do to the arsenic and other HIGHLY toxic compounds I exposed myself too.
