This evening I sat down to finish sorting the last $10 of a box I started on a few days ago. It's only my 8th box since I got started with penny sorting last month. The first part of the box yielded a 1920 wheat and a 1936 wheat so I was already happy with it. The first roll I picked up out of the box this evening had a maple leaf on the end (1975 copper) so that was a good start. The very next roll had the 1890 Indian in it. Well worn but I'm glad to have it none the less. Then there was one last surpise. One of the last rolls I pulled out of the box had a 1912 wheat and a 1917 wheat. Now I can't wait to break open the other boxes I picked up.
Nice finds! Are your boxes from the fed, or are these customer wrapped? I have gone through well over 100 boxes this year and I have only found 1 IHC so I think that you are off to a fantastic start.
