For some reason I felt like the rep I talked to wasn't terribly interested in my order and that it was too "easy" (never asked for the vault #, didn't verify the address,etc). So I called back today to verify the order and sure enough - no order in the system. This time we went through a lot more of a lengthy process and now its on its way. :sigh: I swear I'm snake bit on these kinds of transactions. I've even had problems ordering from the US Mint (who by most reports has reliably excellent customer service.. but in my case screwed up my order).
