mint marks... what do you think?

I was looking at some mint marks to see how they had changed over the years, and decided to scan and crop some consecutive years to see how they would line up. It was kinda hard to get them cropped to the same exact sample, but here's what I came up with.

What do you think of my picture collage?
Anyway, I figured I would see what you all had to say about mint marks... any thoughts whatsoever?
