Seems like almost every copper stacker has encountered at least one of those. Who makes those punches? Even more interesting is what person(s) have the time to line up and pound those punches on individual Linc cents? Get a life is what I say. Seems like 95% of the population wouldn't even notice it or would think it was some new issue from the Mint.
