Good ol CTV news. This is not the government telling you this crap this is Bell Media part of Bell Canada. This is where our government is telling us we should get our news and information from.
The Canadian government is trying to close down the CBC because it is critical of government even though it is a government corporation. They are saying it is too expensive but they are still buying fighter planes and building more prisons. I think this is a rant for another thread.

I cant watch CTV anymore. It just gets me all worked up.

At least you have some cuties doing the news up there! My gut feeling is that she was on her own for this story and just said what was on her mind (which obviously wasan't much) and it made the live news.

frugalcanuck, have faith and relish the fact that the Stanley Cup is made out of SILVER (and my Bruins have it...)

I'll bet in 2005 that 'reporter' was selling ARM mortgages with her Taco Bell cashier friends.
