1982 george washington proof coins . i gave five dolars each

It is 90% silver (.36 ozt). It is worth a buck or two over melt, maybe more to the right person. It is personally one of my favorite coins. Just a cool looking coin.

You did great! They currently trade at about melt which is around $12 each. I hoard them!

The 1982 Washington, 1993 Bill of Rights and the 1998 Kennedy were the only Modern Commemorative halves made in 90% silver, the rest are CuNi clad.

Um, the 1998 Kennedy was a Dollar Coin, not a Half.

yes i got all of them . they were in the cash for gold display case ,when i asked how much they were the reply was five dollars i got all three
