I sort for War nicks and anything else worth keeping. I have a standard 2 box per week order. Lately I have been too busy to search 2 boxes a week (pennies are a priority) so I have a buildup of boxes. This prompted me to fill up 4 bags with some loose nickles this morning. We were going to visit family up north and I knew of a TD branch that we would be driving right by. I also knew that this branch did not have a Penny Arcade, so I would probably be able to get them to take bags from me. I have a SC303 and a pile of coinlocks so I knew my counts were good. When I walked in with 2 bags, they opened up their little locking door to get behind the counter and told me to come right on in. I said these are for deposit in my checking account and the info is all written on the bags. They were happy to take them. I asked if they would mind if I brought in 2 more bags and they were happy to take them too. I filled out a deposit slip real quick and they asked me if I wanted to wait for them to run them through their machine, or I could just leave and they would deposit the amount in my account by the end of the day. I said thank you, I'll just head on out and have a great weekend. No other questions asked. Man, that was easy. This branch is a little out of the way, but it might be the dump branch from heaven. OR should I ask them if I can buy bags of their machine? I still desperately want a bag source! What to do?
