I guess I adopt the approach of 'Go BIG or go home'. But even if this pans out at $10/lb, you're not going to see that kind of money unless copper shoots higher.
But knowing my luck, once I drop that last penny into the bucket for a grand total of 10,000 pounds of copper, the gov will come out with an anti-hoarding law.
