I have prospected for Rhodium and other platinum group metals (PGM). I thought I found some about a year ago, but it didn't "pan" out.

like I said you have to have someone to buy it for 10k. It is not activly traded on the futures market, and most major dealers of pm's will not buy it. Average Joe doesn't have enough swing or market knowledge to throw 10 k to buy it from you in the event of a spike. Auto makers might buy sponge in the event of the supply drying up, but I doubt they would mess with anything less than several hundred ounces.
I like the looks of rhodium on a chart, but in reality there is no market or liquidity.

Sure... but even if you could only get half of spot... wow. I still probably won't do it though.
