I think it is the 1993 and older 10 peso had silver center but all are post 93 we got . And the 20 peso is not silver we looked it up. We did get a 1862 10 Centesimi - Vittorio Emanuele II. see---http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces726.html

Here's one that's not on your list, which I got by accident (not the silver large denomination one, but one of the smaller numbers). Supposedly these are extremely rare outside of their little commune.
