Ireland, Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Third Coinage (1601-2). Hammered coinage.
The shilling should be Billon composition, but this apprears to be copper/bronze? Could be the coloring from the scan since billon is only 40% or less silver, but I would expect a grayer color.
Strike and almost perfect roundness are setting off some warning bells.
I'd like to see some close up pics out of the flip.
edit to add: I don't believe this is a miss-identified denomination. The 1601 1/2penny and penny should have the date flanking the Harp.
